About the job Chef (Full time) – 482 | 494 visa sponsorship

Position Requirements

n

Robust experience in Western cuisine (e.g. Modern Australian, bistro-style, European classics)

n

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience (Head Chef or Senior Chef experience preferred)

n

Ability to independently manage food preparation, cooking, and quality control

n

Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen compliance standards

n

Ability to work well within a team and manage kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment

n

Applicants must be currently based in Australia

n

Asian cuisine experience is preferred

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Prepare and present high-quality Western-style dishes

n

Maintain consistent food quality and presentation standards

n

Assist with menu planning and daily kitchen operations

n

Train and supervise kitchen staff

n

Control food costs and maintain a clean, organised kitchen
