We're looking for a hands-on Service Technician to join our growing Queanbeyan team. If you enjoy problem-solving, working independently, and being out on the road, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

About the Role

n

This is a field-based role servicing clients across Canberra and surrounding regions, including the South Coast, in homes, hospitals, schools, and healthcare facilities.

n

You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing assistive technology equipment to ensure it remains protected, reliable, and tailored to client needs.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Diagnose, repair, and service assistive technology equipment
n
- Complete scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance
n
- Respond to breakdowns and urgent repair requests
n
- Install accessories and manage spare parts
n
- Maintain accurate service records using CRM systems
n




- Liaise with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer outcomes
n
- Manage jobs from start to finish with strong attention to detail
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Experience in a technical, mechanical, or field service role
n
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
n
- Low-voltage electrical fault-finding experience highly regarded
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
n
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
n
- Current Driver's Licence (essential)
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check and Working with Vulnerable People Check, or willingness to obtain
n
