The MCG is the largest sporting stadium in the Southern Hemisphere, with a capacity of over 100,000, hosting AFL games, international cricket matches, world-class concerts, and exclusive events. As a Kitchen Attendant, you'll be essential in maintaining cleanliness, order, and efficiency in the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations. You'll also use basic cooking skills and have a strong grasp of kitchen safety practices.

What will you do?

n

n
- Prepare food in a commercial kitchen, ensuring beautiful presentation
n
- Keep the kitchen area clean and maintain high hygiene standards
n
- Follow WHS guidelines, manage Food Safety, and conduct temperature and quality checks
n
- Assist kitchen staff in maintaining an organised and efficient workspace
n
- Perform cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dish-washing, and waste management
n

More About You

n

n
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand
n
- Food Safety Certificate or willingness to obtain one during onboarding
n
- Enthusiasm about working in a fast-paced environment
n
- Flexible with shifts, available to work mornings, days, and nights, including weekends
n
