O'Brien is looking for a motivated and mechanically minded individual to join our Lambton Service Centre as an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter.

What you'll be doing
n
Undertake the O'Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our Auto Technician Skills Development Program
n
Learn to repair and replace automotive glass to Australian standards
n
Perform ADAS windscreen re‐calibrations
n
Carry out glass chip repairs
n
Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional and timely manner
n
Represent the O'Brien brand with pride and reliability
n
What we're looking for

Experience in the Automotive Industry (highly regarded)
n
Manual driver's licence (highly regarded)
n
Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand tools
n
Strong work ethic and desire for a long‐term career
n
Comfortable engaging with customers and promoting company products
n
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
n
Strong organisational and time‐management skills

Ability to stay focused and deliver results under pressure
