Your new role An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join a large-scale enterprise transformation program focused on the replatforming of a major digital cards ecosystem. This program represents a significant business and technology transformation, encompassing the migration of multiple critical systems and the transition of key services from an on-premises environment to a modern cloud-based platform.Working within a complex delivery landscape, you will play a pivotal role in bridging business, technology and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery across multiple workstreams and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead business analysis activities across a large-scale cards platform transformation program.
n
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors throughout the full project lifecycle.
n
- Elicit, analyse and document business, functional and technical requirements.
n
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions.
n
- Produce high-quality documentation including business requirements, user stories, process maps, data flows and functional specifications.
n
- Support solution design activities and ensure requirements align with business objectives and technical constraints.
n
- Assist with system integration, migration planning and implementation activities across multiple interconnected platforms.
n
- Collaborate with delivery teams to manage dependencies across six key workstreams.
n
- Support the migration of customer, transactional and reporting data to a new cloud-based setting.
n
- Work closely with vendor partners to ensure successful implementation of the selected cards platform solution.
n




- Conduct impact assessments, gap analysis and process improvement initiatives.
n
- Support testing, business readiness and deployment activities.
n
- Proactively identify risks, issues and dependencies within a fast-paced delivery environment.
n

What you'll need to succeed

n

n
- Extensive experience as a Senior Technical Business Analyst within large-scale transformation programs.
n
- Strong domain expertise across cards and payments, including card issuing, digital cards, processing and related ecosystems.
n
- Experience working on platform migrations, modernisation or replatforming initiatives.
n
- Strong technical understanding of system integrations, APIs, data flows, cloud environments and enterprise architectures.
n
- Ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
n
- Proven experience working alongside third-party vendors and delivery partners.
n
- Strong requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation skills.
n
- Experience managing complex dependencies across multiple projects, workstreams and stakeholder groups.
n
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n
- Ability to operate autonomously with minimal supervision.
n
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
n
- Demonstrated experience working within fast-paced, evolving delivery environments.

Highly Desirable

- Previous experience implementing or integrating cards platforms such as VisionPLUS or similar card management solutions.
n
- Experience with cloud transformation and data centre migration programs.
n
- Knowledge of customer and data migration methodologies.
n
- Financial services, banking or payments industry experience.
