Job Description

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist with proven leadership experience to join our Penrith team and support clinicians across Western Sydney.
n
In this role you will:
n
n
- Build a collaborative, supportive team environment that drives high-quality clinical outcomes
n
- Support graduate and early career Occupational Therapist through clinical supervision, mentoring and career development
n
- Provide leadership across scheduling, referral allocation and workflow optimisation
n
- Manage your own caseload and deliver timely, high-quality therapeutic services
n
n

Qualifications
n
n
- Current Certified Practising Membership with AHPRA
n
- Proven leadership capability with experience guiding and supervising clinicians
n
- Strong organisational skills to balance leadership duties with a varied caseload
n
- Proactive approach with a focus on improvement and trying new ideas
n
- Experience delivering high-quality services within the disability sector
n
