Relationship Manager - Graduate Careers Team - NSW (Byron Bay)

We are looking for an ambitious, people-focused professional to join our Relationship Management Team (RMT), helping graduates navigate the significant transition from university into their first professional role.

The Role:

- Conduct phone interviews and assess graduate applicants.
- Identify high-potential candidates suitable for the Proforce program.
- Manage candidates through the assessment and recruitment process.
- Prepare graduates for interviews with client organisations.
- Coach candidates on communication, presentation and interview skills.
- Support graduates through offers, onboarding and career transitions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with graduates and alumni.
- Assist with training programs, networking events and professional development initiatives.

About You:

- Previous experience in Recruitment, Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, Hospitality or a people-focused role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Passionate about helping others achieve their career goals.
- Confident conducting interviews and building relationships.
- Coachable, proactive and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
