To succeed in this role, you'll have:

- Experience in client service, account management, customer success or relationship management

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering outcomes
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have some of the following:

- Experience within financial services, payments, banking or fintech
n




- Knowledge of client onboarding, service management or operational processes
n
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities
