Qualifications And Experiencenn
- ServiceNow Certified Administration
n
- ServiceNow CIS ITSM
n
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
n

Required Skills And Expertisenn
- Custom application development in ServiceNow, Portal development and 'Knowledge of best practice OOTB ServiceNow ITSM and/or other relevant ServiceNow application configuration (CIS ITOM)
n
- Experience in providing creative solutions to business problems and working with ServiceNow, IT Service Management (ITIL) processes including Asset Management, metrics and key performance indicators
n
- Team collaboration and communication skills
n
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills
n
- Ability to mentor/lead junior team members
n
