Responsibilities

n

- Work with telecom stakeholders to understand business objectives and convert them into OSS/BSS requirements.
n
- Analyze and document requirements related to customer onboarding, billing, charging, order management, and service provisioning.
n
- Perform gap analysis between existing telecom systems and proposed OSS/BSS solutions.
n
- Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for OSS/BSS initiatives.
n
- Collaborate with solution architects and development teams to design scalable telecom business solutions.
n
- Support integrations between CRM, billing, mediation, provisioning, and network inventory systems.
n
- Map AS-IS and TO-BE telecom business processes to support digital transformation initiatives.
n




- Participate in data migration, product catalog setup, and configuration activities within OSS/BSS platforms.
n
- Coordinate SIT/UAT activities, validate end-to-end flows, and ensure alignment to business expectations.
n
- Prepare stakeholder presentations, training material, and support deployment & post-go-live stabilization.
