The Position

An opportunity is available for a VR General Practitioner to join a busy, well-established medical centre in a high-demand area. This is a bulk billing practice with some privately billed services. The clinic is looking to expand its team of full-time and part-time GPs due to patient demand.

This modern practice is supported by a stable administrative team, experienced practice nurses, and on-site allied health services including pathology. The clinic runs Best Practice software and provides a reliable and supportive work environment for GPs. Flexible working arrangements are available, with no lock-in contracts and the freedom to focus on clinical care.

Located in the western suburbs of Sydney, the clinic is easily accessible via public transport and major road links. The area serves a diverse, multicultural patient base and offers a strong mix of families, professionals, and elderly patients.



The practice has been servicing the local community for many years and has a strong reputation for continuity of care.

Qualifications

n

- FRACGP and unrestricted specialist registration with AHPRA
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, bulk billing workplace
n
- Commitment to high-quality patient care and teamwork
n
- Experience with Best Practice software (desirable but not essential)

Package

n

n
- 75% of billings or $175/hour guaranteed for the first 3 months - whichever is greater
n
- Additional sign-on bonus negotiable
n
- Bulk billing model with most standard consults billed at approx. $42 (item 23)
n
- Average of 6 patients per hour
n
- Estimated earnings: $252/hour gross (6 x $42) $189/hour at 75% Approx. $1,323/day for a 7-hour session
n
- Flexible schedule and no lock-in contracts
n
- On-site pathology and allied health
