Located in Malvern, our clients who have been operating for over 60 years are looking for an experienced Corporate Secretary to join a well-established and highly regarded accounting firm based in Malvern.

About the Role

Working within the Corporate Division, you will be responsible for the hands-on day-to-day corporate secretarial work for a portfolio of clients.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing day-to-day corporate secretarial requirements for clients
- Client onboarding
- Know Your Client (KYC) requirements
- Verification of Identity (VOI)
- AUSTRAC AML/CTF Customer Due Diligence
- Maintaining corporate registers and records
- Preparing and managing relevant corporate documentation
- Working closely with clients and the internal team to ensure everything is completed accurately and efficiently

About You





We are looking for someone with 10+ years' experience working as a Company/Corporate Secretary, ideally within a reputable accounting or professional services firm.
You will be someone who:

- Has strong technical corporate secretarial knowledge
- Is confident working independently and taking ownership of your work
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Is comfortable dealing with professional and high-net-worth clients
- Understands KYC, VOI, AUSTRAC and AML/CTF requirements
- Has experience using BGL CAS 360
- Has experience with MYOB Accountants Enterprise
- Is qualified, personable and genuinely enjoys providing a high level of service
