Job Description

We're partnering with a leading enterprise organisation seeking a Technical Coordinator / Junior Technical Project Manager to support the delivery of infrastructure projects across corporate offices and distribution centres.

Working alongside Senior Project Managers, you'll coordinate technical workstreams, manage ServiceNow change requests, engage with technical and business stakeholders, and help deliver infrastructure deployments across Australia.

What you'll be doing:

n

n
- Coordinate infrastructure projects and technical workstreams.
n
- Manage technical changes through ServiceNow.
n
- Track project plans, timelines, risks and documentation.
n
- Work closely with infrastructure, networking, hosting and cabling teams.
n
- Coordinate technical cutovers and infrastructure deployments.
n
- Communicate project updates to technical teams and senior stakeholders.
n
- Travel to sites across Australia as required.
n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- 6+ years' experience in IT Infrastructure, Project Coordination or Junior Project Management.
n
- Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including networks, servers and hosting environments.
n




- Experience coordinating infrastructure projects, deployments or migrations.
n
- Experience using ServiceNow or a similar ITSM platform for change management.
n
- Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle (travel required).
n
- White Card is advantageous.
n
