Position Overview：

We are seeking a motivated and technically capable C&I; Commissioning & Service Engineer to support the deployment and operation of our commercial and industrial (C&I;) energy storage and hybrid PV systems.

This role focuses on on-site installation support, system commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales technical support for C&I; projects. The engineer will work closely with installers, project managers, and the technical team to ensure systems are installed correctly, commissioned efficiently, and operate reliably throughout their lifecycle.

The position requires a combination of electrical engineering knowledge, field experience, solid problem-solving skills, and familiarity with energy storage system architectures, including battery communication interfaces and protocols (such as CAN, Modbus, RS485, and TCP/IP) used between BMS, PCS, EMS, and monitoring systems.

Key Responsibilities：

1、Provide technical support and guidance to installers and EPC partners during system installation.

2、Responsible for performing the final commissioning phase of C&I; energy storage systems, including system configuration, communication verification (BMS/PCS/EMS), Modbus point verification, EMS parameter configuration, functional testing, performance validation, and preparation for project handover.

3、Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during commissioning or system operation, both on-site and remotely.

4、Support system integration and communication setup, including EMS, monitoring platforms, and third-party equipment when required.

5、Provide after-sales technical support for C&I; systems, including fault diagnosis, service coordination, and maintenance guidance.





6、Prepare and maintain commissioning reports, service records, and technical documentation.

7、Coordinate with internal engineering teams to provide technical feedback and support continuous product and solution improvement.

8、Provide technical assistance or training to installers, partners, or internal teams when required.

Qualifications & Experience：

1、Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Power Systems, or a related field.

2、Experience working with solar PV systems, energy storage systems, or power electronics equipment.

3、Hands-on experience with system installation, commissioning, or field service work.

Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, RS485, CAN, or TCP/IP.

4、Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams (SLD), and technical drawings.

5、Understanding of solar and energy storage system installation practices is preferred.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

6、Ability to work independently on site and communicate effectively with installers, contractors, and project teams.

7、Willingness to travel to project sites across Australia when required.
