We are seeking an experienced Foreperson to lead stabilising and cement spreading operations across civil construction projects in the Perth metropolitan area and regional WA.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational knowledge of stabilising works, cement spreading, crew management, and plant operation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate stabilising and cement spreading crews

- Operate and oversee stabiliser and cement spreader activities

- Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification

- Manage site documentation, daily reporting, and work planning

- Coordinate with subcontractors delivering associated civil works

- Maintain compliance with company and client safety requirements

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in stabilising and cement spreading operations

- Previous experience in a Foreperson, Leading Hand, or Supervisory role

- Competent operating and supervising the use of machinery such as skid steers, excavators, and loaders

- Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies

Essential Requirements:

- Current HC (Heavy Combination) or MC (Multi Combination) Licence

- Strong commitment to safety and quality

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work across Perth and regional WA projects as required
