? Overview:

Join one of Australia's largest privately owned construction, industrial and environmental services contractors, delivering major civil, remediation, demolition and infrastructure projects across the country.

Due to a strong pipeline of secured work and continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead the delivery a complex project valued between $10M and $70M.

Your first project will be a significant $15M remediation project in North Fremantle, requiring strong civil earthworks and contaminated land experience. Working closely with clients, regulators, subcontractors and internal delivery teams, you'll take ownership of project performance from planning through to completion.

This role offers long-term career progression within a highly respected national contractor.

? Key Requirements:

- Proven experience delivering complex civil, remediation, industrial, demolition or infrastructure projects
- Experience managing projects valued at $10M+ from award through to completion
- Strong project management capability across planning, delivery, commercial management and project controls
- Demonstrated success managing multidisciplinary project teams, subcontractors and site personnel
- Experience developing project methodologies, delivery strategies and risk management plans
- Strong commercial acumen including forecasting, procurement and contract management




- Thorough understanding of WHSEQ requirements and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in complex environments
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
