Civil Supervisor | Civil & Structural Infrastructure

C.M.B Consulting Services is supporting a local client on upcoming regional Queensland civil and structural infrastructure projects and we are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to join the team.

This is a hands-on site leadership role suited to someone who knows how to drive day-to-day delivery across structures, culverts, stormwater drainage, bulk earthworks and road construction. You will work closely with the Project Manager and site team to keep crews moving safely, maintain quality and hit programme.

What you’ll be doing

- Supervising day-to-day construction activities across civil and structural scopes
- Coordinating subcontractors, plant, suppliers and direct site crews
- Driving delivery of culverts, reinforced concrete works, drainage and earthworks packages
- Monitoring safety, quality and productivity on site
- Working closely with engineers and the PM to manage RFIs,



site issues and short-term planning
- Supporting ITPs, hold points, inspections and as-built quality documentation

What we’re looking for

- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor, Structures Supervisor or similar on infrastructure projects
- Robust background in culverts, concrete, drainage, bulk earthworks and roadworks
- Strong site presence with the ability to lead crews and subcontractors effectively
- Sound understanding of QA requirements, ITPs, inspections and safe work practices
- FIFO/DIDO or regional project experience highly regarded
- Full Australian working rights
