About Hello Claims

Hello Claims is a tech-enabled, end-to-end motor vehicle assessing and accident management business, part of AUB Group (ASX: AUB). We assess well in excess of 100,000 claims a year for major insurers, underwriters and fleets across Australia and New Zealand.

What you'll be doing

- Delivering on-site, on-road assessments across Melbourne metro, attending vehicles and repairers directly
- Preparing assessment reports and cost estimates to a professional standard
- Managing your allocated assessments end to end, within agreed timelines
- Working directly with customers, repairers and insurers to resolve queries and keep claims moving

What you'll bring





- Proven experience as a motor vehicle assessor with a general insurer or accident management business
- Trade-qualified panel beater or mechanic, or equivalent automotive trade qualification
- A full driver's licence and a solid understanding of best-practice repair methodology
- The ability to work autonomously, prioritise your own day, and assess damage accurately without oversight
- Strong attention to detail and comfort picking up new systems and processes quickly
