About the Role

This role will a full time 12 month fixed term classroom teaching position.

Key Selection Criteria

- Understanding and Commitment to Catholic Identity and Mission;
- Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration (or be eligible for registration);

- A current or be willing to obtain an Accreditation to teach Religious Education Certificate;
- Demonstrated high- level knowledge of Victorian Curriculum and the AITSL standards with best practice, evidence-based approaches to teaching and learning;
- Evidence of effective strategies for fostering a safe and positive classroom setting;

- Experience collaborating effectively with colleagues in planning, instruction, and assessment.

About Us

St Thomas More is a parish primary co-educational school with an enrolment of approximately 400 students.
