About the Role

You'll be responsible for calling all clients and taking them through a discovery call.

Your role is to

- Call all clients.
- Follow a carefully crafted workflow and call sequence.
- Build genuine rapport.
- Ask thoughtful questions.
- Listen deeply to what matters most to them.
- Help clients feel excited, understood and cared for.
- Keep accurate notes within our CRM.
- Work alongside our studio owner to create an exceptional client experience.

This is a relationship-building role. We're Looking For Someone Who...
- Speaks fluent English with a clear, professional phone manner.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Loves talking to people.
- Is emotionally intelligent and empathetic.
- Can naturally build trust and connection.




- Is organized and reliable.
- Learns quickly and follows proven systems.
- Is confident using technology and GoHighLevel CRMs.
- Wants to become a long-term part of a growing business.

Experience in customer service, client communications, client care or sales is highly regarded. Bonus Points If You Have Experience With
- Discovery calls
- Appointment setting
- Sales psychology

- Your own network of clients who would benefit from our service.
