We take pride in our commitment to provide ethical media buying and planning services for cause related & purpose focussed brands, maximising their communications’ effectiveness through a genuinely transparent & results-driven approach.
We became the first B Corp certified media agency in 2016 and remain energised by our purpose to do better for our people, our clients, and the planet. We want to create positive change through advertising, whilst leading the charge to reduce emissions and raise ethical standards in advertising.

We do not and will not work with clients who do not share our ethical stance. THE ROLE The Client Executive will work within the media team and provide best practice planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting of media campaigns across BM clients with a focus on building “connections” and improving performance between brands/organisations and audiences.
The Client
Executive will work collaboratively with Connections (brand) & Performance to ensure integrated thinking; always looking to connect media and audiences more effectively to drive optimal client outcomes whilst minimising environmental impact. They will lean on both their experience across connections and performance channels to drive mental availability, influence consumer perception, deliver improved performance and prime consumers for action.
The role will involve working in collaboration with Performance and Connections specialists to ensure integrated thinking across the full consumer journey. The Client Executive will work across a broad range of clients, heavily supported by discipline specialists, while guided by / reporting to a Client Manager who brings a unique breadth of expertise across both Connections and Performance disciplines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting the planning & implementation process for connection and performance based channels/tactics – brief response, campaign set-up, manage campaigns, monitor delivery, optimise in-line with client objectives, reconcile budgets, and ensure best practice.
- Assist on developing client recommendations, post-analysis, reports, and campaign post documents.
- Prioritises tasks and balances managing one's own time.
- Regularly monitor campaign performance using various analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Trends. Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure accurate billing and reporting of client & booked spends.
- Provide exceptional client service by ensuring smooth operations within the team, managing client and team requests in a timely manner, and managing expectations to meet deadlines.
- Contribute to the cultural glue and symbols that create an inclusive and progressive workplace.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in both traditional and digital marketing, including industry developments, technologies and social media platforms.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business,
or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a media agency.
- Previous client management experience.
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role.
- Proficiency in connections media channels, including TV, BVOD, Radio, Outdoor, Press and Magazines
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media, and display advertising.
- Experience working in campaign operations across the traditional and digital media landscape.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
