Aquent is looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Client Partner to join our Australian team and manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients.

If you have several years of B2B sales experience and are ready to take greater ownership of client relationships, revenue and growth, this is an opportunity to step into a high-visibility role with a global, technology-forward business.

What you'll do

- Grow existing business and win new opportunities
- Identify target organisations, develop account strategies, uncover new opportunities and introduce Aquent’s AI-enabled workforce and staffing solutions.
- Own the client relationship
- Build strong,



long-term partnerships with clients and become a trusted adviser on their workforce, talent and resourcing needs.
- Lead strategic sales conversations
- Deliver compelling presentations, develop commercial proposals and take ownership of tenders and RFP processes.
- Navigate complex organisations
- Build relationships across multiple stakeholders and understand the needs of Marketing, HR, Procurement and business leadership.
- Collaborate across the business
- Work closely with recruitment, delivery, product and technology teams to develop tailored solutions and deliver strong outcomes for clients.

What we're looking for? We’re looking for someone who combines commercial drive with a genuine ability to build relationships.

You’ll ideally have

- 3–5 years’ experience in consultative B2B sales, business development or account management.
- Experience in staffing, workforce solutions, SaaS, professional services, digital, creative or technology environments.
- A track record of growing existing accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
- Experience working with enterprise and mid-market organisations and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- Confidence in engaging with senior leaders and building relationships at C-suite level.
- Strong commercial acumen, including an understanding of pricing, proposals and revenue targets.




- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A consultative approach, with the ability to understand a client’s business challenges and develop solutions around them.
- Familiarity with MSP environments, procurement-led sales processes and enterprise account strategies would be highly regarded.
- An interest in how AI and emerging technology can improve sales effectiveness, workforce solutions and client outcomes.

Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline is desirable. Why join Aquent?
