Lighthouse is looking for a motivated, commercially minded and relationship-driven Client Relationship Consultant to join our growing team.

About the Role

This is a client-facing role combining relationship management, sales and business development.

You will engage with prospective and existing members, follow up on leads and enquiries, understand client needs, promote Lighthouse memberships and services, and identify opportunities to build long-term client relationships.

The role suits someone who is confident communicating with people, commercially minded, highly organised and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing members, clients and business partners
- Follow up on leads, enquiries and event attendees to identify potential membership and business opportunities
- Promote and sell Lighthouse Professional and Corporate Memberships
- Understand client needs and introduce relevant Lighthouse services and solutions
- Proactively identify new sales and business opportunities
- Develop current corporate relationships and partnership opportunities
- Follow up with existing members to understand their evolving goals and needs
- Support business matching and facilitate relevant introductions within the Lighthouse network
- Attend Lighthouse events and actively engage with members, guests and prospective clients
- Maintain accurate member, client and sales activity records in the CRM
- Follow up consistently and manage multiple opportunities through different stages




- Contribute to membership growth, member retention and overall business growth

About You We are looking for someone who:

- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Has a natural ability to build trust and develop relationships
- Is commercially minded and comfortable with sales
- Is proactive and confident in following up with leads and prospective clients
- Is versatile, adaptable and comfortable working in a growing business
- Thinks logically and can understand client needs before recommending solutions
- Is organised and able to manage multiple relationships, leads and follow-ups
- Has a strong sense of ownership and follows through on commitments
- Enjoys networking and engaging with professionals and business owners
- Is results-driven while maintaining a professional and relationship-focused approach

Experience in sales, business development, account management, recruitment, professional services, membership organisations or relationship management will be highly regarded.
