The role
Our Senior Consultant Psychologists are the best in the business. Each day,
they are actively engaged in identifying and preventing psychosocial hazards that contribute to poor workplace mental health and provide targeted intervention support when employees aren’t travelling well to assist people in getting back on track when recovering from a mental health setback.
The role of a Senior Consultant Psychologist operating under a billable system is critical to the business, delivering superior standards of intervention support, training and consulting relating to mental health and wellbeing to our valued clients.
This role involves providing client relationship management across our EAP and LWB clients while delivering services across key areas of early intervention, 1:1 counselling, coaching along with a variety of corporate intervention services. In addition, learning, wellbeing and consulting services.
Key responsibilities
While no two days are the same, you will undertake client work in the following areas:
- Early intervention corporate counselling for employees, people leaders and family members
- Wellbeing coaching
- Crisis support and safety planning
- Rapid response, onsite support for individuals and teams
- Facilitation of group psychoeducation programs face to face or virtually
Client Relationship Management
- Manage a portfolio of clients across EAP & LWB
- Identify new business opportunities with existing clients
- Consult on, develop and design projects, manage client services products
Learning, Wellbeing and Consulting Services
- Supporting mental health in the workplace
- Supporting wellbeing through change
- Strengthen personal resistance
Early Intervention Consulting Services
- 1:1 Counselling
- Wellbeing coaching
- High risk response
- On-site support services
- Other corporate inventions

About you
- General registration as a psychologist with AHPRA
- Experience in counselling and consulting within a short-term solution focused framework
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and build positive relationships within a corporate environment
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills for keeping up to date with client notes etc.
- Preference for an agile way of work
- Possessing a growth mindset
- Experience with client relationship management
- The capacity to work independently and as part of a team
