An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and motivated Client Sales Consultant to join a leading specialist clinic in Brisbane CBD.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, building relationships and achieving sales results. The successful candidate will combine consultative selling with exceptional client service, helping clients understand their treatment options and guiding them through their journey.
About the Role
Working closely with the Studio and Area Manager, the Client Sales Consultant will be responsible for creating a welcoming client experience while confidently managing consultations, sales and follow-ups.
This is a target-driven role with generous commission opportunities, making it well suited to someone who is ambitious, motivated and enjoys reaping the rewards from achieving set goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting client consultations and convert enquiries into sales
- Educating clients about laser tattoo removal and set realistic treatment expectations
- Building genuine relationships and confidently handle client questions and objections
- Explaining financing and payment options clearly
- Follow up with clients and maintain accurate CRM records
- Working closely with the studio's Laser Specialists and wider support team
- Helping the studio achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Managing bookings, administration and general studio tasks
- Building local community and referral relationships
- Participating in networking and promotional activities
- Maintaining high standards of presentation,
cleanliness and merchandising
- Representing the brand professionally and contribute to a positive team culture
About You The ideal candidate will be:
- Experienced in sales &/ or business development
- Confident conducting consultations, resolving queries and managing objections
- Motivated by targets, commission and achieving results
- A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Professional, reliable, organised & positive, growth mindset
- Solid computer skills with CRM systems and basic programs
- Proactive & thrive on multitasking and being part of a busy environment
- Experienced in the beauty, aesthetics or tattoo industry
- A Queensland Radiation Licence is desirable but not essential.
