Located close to West Perth and with easy access to public transport and car parking our clients are a highly successful accounting practice with several partners and 15 staff offering services within Tax and Business advisory, SMSF, Bookkeeping and Financial planning to a wide range of clients from across Australia.
Due to an increase in clients and the continued growth of the practice the Partners would now like to add to their already successful admin team with the addition of an experienced Administrator on a full or part-time basis (4 days per week if part time).
The vacancy
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Data entry
- First point of contact with Clients
- ATO and ASIC admin (Training provided)
- Collecting the mail
- Drafting letters
- General administration support to the accountants
- Full or part time (4 days per week if part time)
To Apply:
- Ideally have robust administration experience
- Good communication skills (Written and verbal)
- Be able to work in a small team
- Be an Australian Citizen or P.R visa holder
- Enjoy engaging with clients
- Experience as an administrator within an accounting practice would be ideal
