Éramai is a luxury skincare and LED treatment destination located inside Crown Melbourne. We specialise in advanced LED facials, premium skincare, and high-touch client experiences — and we're growing fast.

We're currently seeking confident, sales-driven professionals who are looking for stable, ongoing work in a premium retail environment.

n

The Role

n

This is a sales-first role with light front-of-house support.

n

You'll work 3–5 shifts per week (including mandatory weekends) and spend the majority of your time:

n

- Engaging clients on the sales floor
n
- Conducting personalised consultations
n
- Selling luxury skincare, LED treatments, and devices
n

n

Reception-style tasks (greeting clients, assisting with bookings) form a small secondary part of the role.

n

Training: All new starters complete 2–4 weeks of paid training, before progressing to $34–$38/hr + commission of approx $1000 per week, depending on experience.

n

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of luxury skincare, LED facials, and cosmetic devices
n
- Deliver confident, personalised consultations and upsell appropriately
n




- Build strong client relationships and contribute to team targets
n
- Provide light front desk support when required
n
- Maintain a pristine, high-end retail environment
n
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
n
