Cheil Worldwide is a tech-driven advertising agency with a global team of over 7,000 employees, including 70+ based in Sydney, Australia. We specialise in a broad range of marketing services, including digital, events, creative, retail, and film. This role primarily focuses on working with our key client, Samsung Consumer Electronics.

Primary Function

n

The Live Stream Producer is responsible for overseeing the co-ordination, management, and scheduling of a continuing live stream shopping series for a major global brand.

n

Duties and Responsibilities:

n

n
- Scope, spec, and project manage the live stream production.
n
- Develop and implement production schedules, forecast resource needs and monitor progress to ensure key milestones are met on time.
n
- Manage the scheduling of talent and crew.
n
- Monitor and manage production costs and ensure efficient resource utilisation.
n
- Ensure production meets quality standards.
n
- Ensure production complies with safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe work environment.
n
- Continuously analyse production processes and implement improvements to optimise workflows.
n
- Liaise with the client and have a clear understanding of the products and offers to be communicated in the live broadcast.
n
- Respond quickly to unexpected situations and make adjustments as needed to maintain production quality.
n
- Troubleshoot operational challenges.
n
- Track and report the performance metrics of the live stream shopping broadcasts.
n
- Adhere to best-practice processes in managing files and assets.

- Maintain a commitment to professional excellence and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of the job.

Qualifications and Experience:

n

n
- 2+ years plus experience in video production.
n
- Tertiary degree or equivalent qualification in Media Arts and Production, Film Production or a related field.
n
- Proven experience as a video or film producer.
n
- Experience in client service and relationship management.
n
- Familiarity with project management software (Productive, Wrike, or similar).
n
