n We are seeking a Community Occupational Therapist - Restorative Care to support older adults across Ipswich, Logan and South Brisbane regions. Ideally, you'll be based in or around the West Moreton area.
n Most appointments will be within a 30-minute radius of these regions, so you can spend less time on the road and more time delivering high-quality care.
n Enjoy the flexibility to set your own hours and days. Our dedicated rostering team takes care of your schedule-no chasing appointments or managing your own calendar.
n Your Role:
n
n
- Deliver 1:1 evidence-based in-home Occupational Therapy services.
n
- Focus on Home Care Package and Short-Term Restorative Care clients.
n
- Engage in mobile assessment, case management, and care coordination.
n
- Facilitate client connections to appropriate service providers and supports.
n
- Efficiently manage daily workload including travel, documentation, and administrative tasks.
n
n
Salary and Benefits:
n
n
- Salary Range: $67,393 - $100,244 + 11.5% superannuation.
n
- Tax-Free Benefits: Salary packaging up to $15,899 p.a.
+ Meal and Entertainment Card ($2,650 pre-tax).
n
- Travel Reimbursement: 99c per km.
n
- Equipment: Smartphone, laptop, and specific tools provided.
n
- Support: Full rostering and administrative support for appointment management.
n

- Qualifications: AHPRA Registered Occupational Therapist.

- Skills: Passion for working with older adults, excellent organizational and communication skills.

- License: Current unrestricted driver's license.
