Coal Services in Woonona is seeking two Claims Officers to join the Worker Services team on full time, fixed-term contracts until 30/06/2027. You will manage claims administration and customer-service activities for Coal Mines Insurance (CMI).
Key duties include timely payment of accounts, registration of claims, file management, handling mail and phone enquiries, and meeting KPI targets. Training is provided with hybrid work after completion, and a supportive team culture.
