Technical Access is an established Sydney-based rope access and facade restoration company. We deliver high-quality projects for Meriton and other leading builders and property groups across Sydney.
We’re looking for an experienced IRATA Level 2 or Level 3 technician to lead our rope access crews and help deliver safe, productive and high-quality work on site.
The role
As Crew Leader / Supervisor, you’ll be the senior technician on the ropes. You’ll coordinate daily work, support and mentor junior technicians, maintain high safety and workmanship standards, and liaise directly with clients and site contacts across Sydney.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coordinating daily rope access activities.
- Allocating work and keeping crews productive and on schedule.
- Inspecting work and maintaining quality standards.
- Mentoring junior rope access technicians.
- Communicating with clients, builders and site supervisors.
- Supporting site planning, risk controls and safe work practices.
- Completing hands-on facade restoration, painting, caulking and remedial work.
About you
You’ll have:
- Current IRATA Level 2 or Level 3 certification.
- Previous crew leadership, leading-hand or supervisory experience.
- Construction Induction White Card.
- Working Safely at Heights certification.
- Experience in facade restoration, painting, caulking or remedial construction work.
- A current driver’s licence.
- Australian work rights.
- Clear communication skills and confident site leadership.
- A practical, reliable and safety-focused approach.
