The Brotherhood of St Laurence in Frankston is seeking an experienced Community Support Worker for a casual position to provide centre-based social support and in-home care to aged clients and their carers.

You will deliver care per Care Plans, promote wellness and reablement, support carers, and contribute to meaningful activities. A relevant certificate, MS Office skills, a valid Victorian driver's license and willingness to obtain a food handling certificate are required.
