Atomic Business Advisers is a 60+ year firm in a major growth phase. We are hiring a Senior Accountant who wants to lead the change.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Work on a quality SME portfolio (typically $1m–$10m turnover).
n
- Deliver sharp compliance and practical advisory that lifts GP, cash flow, and discipline.
n
- Build and refine tech-enabled workflows (Xero, FYI, Ignition, AI tools, automation).
n
- Collaborate with the team, set high standards, and roll your sleeves up.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- 7+ years in business services; CA/CPA qualified.
n
- Strong tax and structuring skills across companies, trusts, and groups.
n
- Tech-minded: comfortable adopting AI/automation to get better, faster, simpler.
n
- Clear communicator who backs judgement with numbers.
n
