Join a Salesforce delivery partner supporting a major organisation within the entertainment and gaming sector. You will work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to implement Salesforce solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer engagement.

Role

n

As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will:

n

n
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and document Salesforce requirements.
n
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with platform best practices.
n
- Configure Salesforce across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
n
- Facilitate workshops, backlog refinement sessions,



and solution design discussions.
n
- Collaborate with developers and architects to deliver Salesforce capabilities.
n

You will have

n

n
- 4-6+ years of Salesforce functional consulting experience.
n
- Solid experience configuring Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
n
- Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and gathering requirements.
n
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and automation tools.
n
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or Consultant certifications.
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
