About the Role:

n

We're looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist / Senior Occupational Therapistto deliver evidence-based care across the Sutherland region of Sydney. You'll support clients through Support at Home and the Hospital Substitution Program, helping them achieve goals and maintain independence. Work alongside a growing multidisciplinary team and make a real impact in the community.

Permanent Full time or Part-Time role available.

- Salary Range- Up to $120,000

What You'll Do:

n

n
- Provide functional assessments and tailored interventions in clients' homes.
n
- Prescribe aids, equipment, and home modifications to support client goals.
n




- Deliver targeted Occupational Therapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs.
n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve client goals.
n
- Engage in our clinical supervision program with a dedicated supervisor.
n

About you:

n

n
- Degree in Occupational Therapy + AHPRA registration
n
- Valid driver's licence and insured vehicle
n
- Community or hospital OT experience (preferred)
n
