You are an confident Care Manager who thrives in a role where relationships, communication, and clinical excellence are valued.

You will bring:

- Previous Care Manager experience within Residential Aged Care
n
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
n
- Confidence managing complex conversations with families and stakeholders
n
- The ability to build trust, influence others, and stand confidently as a leader
n
- A genuine desire to commit to a home and make a long‐term impact
