Four Point Therapy
Melbourne
Looking for something new in 2026? Ready to do meaningful work with greater autonomy, strong support around you and the flexibility to enjoy life outside of work?
We'd love to meet you
Four Point Therapy is a values-driven allied health provider delivering holistic, Participant-centred interventions under the NDIS.
Based in Melbourne, we provide a unique blend of mobile, clinic-based and Telehealth Allied Health services, supporting Participants to live life to their full potential through meaningful, high-quality therapy.
At Four Point Therapy, we believe the best outcomes for Participants come from creating an environment where Therapists are trusted and empowered to do their best work.
That's why we've built our model around clinical autonomy, clear systems, responsive admin support and a collaborative team of experienced Therapists. Our aim is to remove unnecessary pressure and administrative burden so you can focus on delivering high-quality therapy, building strong relationships with Participants and enjoying the work you do.
We're currently looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our Melbourne team and become part of a multidisciplinary environment that values clinical quality, sustainable workloads and Therapists who take genuine ownership of their work.

About the Role:
This role involves delivering community-based Occupational Therapy services to our community of Participants across Melbourne, in particular the Northern and Western Suburbs of Melbourne - as there will be an existing caseload of Participants to pick up due to upcoming leave. There is also the option to incorporate clinic-based and Telehealth service delivery, providing additional flexibility for our Therapy team.
You will work with a diverse caseload supporting individuals to build independence,
improve daily functioning and achieve meaningful life goals.
We take a considered approach to caseload allocation, matching referrals to your clinical strengths, areas of interest and preferred service locations wherever possible. This allows you to build a sustainable caseload around the work you enjoy and the Participants you are best placed to support.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting functional assessments and delivering therapy interventions
- Supporting Participants through capacity building, assistive technology (AT) and functional skill development
- Delivering services across home, community, clinic and Telehealth settings where appropriate
- Taking ownership of allocated referrals through timely Participant engagement, communication and ongoing caseload management
- Collaborating with families, Support Coordinators and other key stakeholders
- Working alongside our broader multidisciplinary team, including Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Psychologists
- Contributing to reports and goal-focused intervention planning
Role Requirements:
- Must be able to travel to service Participants in the Northern and Western Suburbs of Melbourne
- Minimum availability of 2 days per week (10+ hours weekly)
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
Valid AHPRA Registration
NDIS experience preferred, with a background in mental health highly regarded
ABN required - support can be provided to set this up
Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle

Strong clinical reasoning skills and use of evidence-based assessments
Confidence working autonomously and managing your own workload
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong time management and organisational ability

Passion for building strong relationships with Participants and their support networks
What You’ll Benefit From:
- Flexible working arrangements with genuine autonomy over your schedule
- A caseload built around your clinical strengths, interests and preferred service locations
- Strong referral pathways and centralised intake support - allowing you to focus on your caseload rather than generating your own referrals
- Guaranteed work from commencement
- Full time admin support assisting with referrals, scheduling and Participant communication
- Dedicated finance support managing invoicing, reconciliation and payment follow-up
- Reliable weekly payments, in full and on time - with two payroll options to suit your schedule and workflow
