Cetnaj Lighting, Electrical and Data – Singleton NSW

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers and is looking to build a career in sales. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service while supporting daily operations.

Key responsibilities

- Counter, phone, and email customer service
- Processing orders and providing product support
- Building strong relationships with all customers
- Assisting in all aspects of the business
- Working as part of a fast-paced, supportive team
- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
- Checking goods against delivery documentation
- Receiving incoming stock and putting products away correctly
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures

About you

- Confident communication and robust customer service skills
- Sales experience preferred but not essential
- Willingness to learn (full on-the-job training provided)
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
