Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow Unilin Panels' market share.
n
- Manage and expand our distributor network across Australia and Recent Zealand.
n
- Provide training and support to distributor sales teams to ensure successful product rollouts.
n
- Build strong relationships with OEM customers to generate demand through our distribution network.
n
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, planning, calculation) to ensure seamless operations.
n
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
n
- Stay informed on local fire and NCC regulations and communicate requirements to HQ.
n
- Represent Unilin at trade fairs and industry events to boost brand visibility.
n
- Lead the regional marketing strategy in collaboration with our Belgian marketing team.
n
- Maintain strong ties with sister companies (e.g., Godfrey Hirst, Premium Floors) to explore synergies.

What You Bring
n
n
- Based in a major Australian city with full working rights.
n
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
n
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in building materials (mezzanine flooring, wooden panels, veneer).
n
- A self-starter with a passion for business development and relationship building.
n
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
n
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%) and occasionally adjust working hours for collaboration with Belgian HQ.
n
- Experience in training and supporting distributor sales teams.
n
- Comfortable working independently and remotely, with access to sister company offices as needed.
