ABOUT THE ROLE

n

Reporting to the GM FP&A;, this Finance Business Partner role is a key position within a newly built FP&A; function. You will partner closely with senior leaders across multiple business units, providing commercial insights, driving performance, and embedding finance into operational decision‐making.

n

This is not a traditional, process‐driven role — success in this position comes from your ability to navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and become a trusted advisor to General Managers.

You will play a critical role in shaping financial planning, improving business performance, and driving the ongoing evolution of finance within the organisation.

DUTIES

n




- Partner with business leaders to drive strategic planning and performance outcomes
n
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units
n
- Deliver commercial insights, scenario modelling, and financial analysis
n
- Build strong relationships with operational stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor
n
- Support investment decisions through business case development and analysis
n
- Drive continuous improvement across financial processes, systems, and reporting
n
- Contribute to transformation initiatives including new systems and planning tools
n
- Analyse key drivers of performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability
n

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

n
- Experience in a Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, or FP&A; role
n
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling capability
n
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to translate business problems into data‐driven solutions
n
- Proven ability to influence and engage non‐financial stakeholders
n
- Comfortable working in an evolving, ambiguous environment
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Experience in transformation environments or project work highly regarded
n
- Background in Big 4, mid‐tier, or commercial finance roles
n
