We're looking for a consultant who enjoys working closely with business stakeholders, solving complex business challenges and delivering enterprise‐scale SuccessFactors implementations across Talent Management.

n

About the Role

n

You'll play a key role in supporting and enhancing a modern SuccessFactors environment, working across the full project lifecycle—from requirements gathering and solution design through to configuration, testing, deployment and post go‐live support.

n

Working closely with HR, business leaders and technical teams, you'll help deliver improvements that enhance the employee experience while supporting critical business processes.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
n
- Facilitate workshops and perform fit‐gap analysis.
n
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management solutions.
n
- Participate in solution design, testing, deployment and hyper‐care.
n
- Work across Performance & Goals, Succession Planning and Learning.
n
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across HR systems.
n
- Collaborate with technical teams,



vendors and project stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
n

You'll ideally bring

n

n
- Strong commercial experience implementing or supporting SAP SuccessFactors.
n
- Expertise in Talent Management modules, including Performance & Goals, Succession and Learning.
n
- Experience with Employee Central will be highly regarded.
n
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and HR technology.
n
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging senior stakeholders.
n
- Knowledge of data migration, configuration, testing and deployment activities.
n
- Excellent communication, consulting and stakeholder management skills.
n
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
n
