As Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of your portfolio of commercial cleaning contracts across the Brisbane CBD and surrounding inner-city areas. This is a hands-on operational and client-facing role for someone who enjoys being out in the field, building strong relationships, solving problems and making sure sites consistently perform to a high standard.
Key responsibilities
- Managing relationships with Facility Managers, Property Managers and key client contacts
- Regularly visiting sites and maintaining high presentation standards
- Managing, supporting and developing cleaners, supervisors and subcontractors
- Responding quickly to client requests and operational issues
- Ensuring cleaning scopes and service expectations are consistently delivered
- Coordinating relief coverage and resolving staffing issues
- Identifying and rectifying quality issues before they become client complaints
- Supporting mobilisation and transition of new sites
- Managing equipment, consumables and operational requirements
- Maintaining safety and compliance standards
About you
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Ability to travel throughout Brisbane CBD and surrounding areas
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence using mobile technology and operational systems
- Australian working rights
- Ability to attend sites outside standard business hours when operationally required
- Takes ownership rather than waiting for direction
- Builds robust relationships with clients and frontline teams
- Has high standards and strong attention to detail
- Can manage multiple priorities across several locations
