I am currently recruiting for two permanent clinical leadership opportunities with a well-established not-for-profit Residential Aged Care provider.

These roles offer different levels of leadership responsibility, making them suitable for both experienced Aged Care RNs ready to step into leadership and established clinical leaders looking for their next move.

Clinical Care Coordinator – $121,500 + Super + Salary Packaging

This is an excellent chance for an experienced Residential Aged Care RN looking to take their first step into a formal leadership position.

Working closely with the senior clinical and management team, you will support the delivery of high-quality clinical care while providing guidance and leadership to the nursing and care workforce.

What we're looking for:

- Current Division 1 AHPRA registration
- Strong Residential Aged Care experience
- Sound clinical knowledge and understanding of aged care standards
- Confidence supporting and mentoring RNs and care staff
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Leadership experience is advantageous but not essential





Deputy Residential Manager – Clinical Lead – $130,000 + Super + Salary Packaging This is a more senior opportunity taking the lead across clinical care within the home and supporting the Residential Manager with the overall performance of the service.

You will provide leadership to the clinical team, drive strong care outcomes and ensure clinical governance, compliance and quality standards are consistently maintained.

What we're looking for:

- Current Division 1 AHPRA registration
- Residential Aged Care experience is essential
- Previous leadership experience within Aged Care
- Strong clinical governance and quality knowledge
- Experience developing and supporting clinical teams
- Confidence managing incidents, risk, compliance and complex resident care
- Strong stakeholder management with residents, families and staff
