Two part-time opportunities are available across the Scrub/Scout and Anaesthetics/Recovery specialties.Perioperative Services – Scrub/Scout (0.5 FTE)Perioperative Services – Anaesthetics/Recovery (0.5 FTE)As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will play a key role in supporting the professional growth and clinical development of nursing staff, helping to build a highly skilled, confident, and capable perioperative workforce.The Clinical Nurse Educator is responsible for leading and supporting the career development, clinical education, and competency assessment of nursing staff within the perioperative environment.Key responsibilities include:Developing, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based education programs.Supporting orientation, onboarding, and transition of nurses into perioperative specialty practice.Facilitating ongoing learning opportunities and competency-based education.Providing clinical supervision, coaching, and guidance to nursing staff.Promoting safe, high-quality, patient-centred care through education and mentorship.Supporting quality improvement initiatives and accreditation activities.Collaborating with nursing leadership to strengthen clinical practice and workforce capability.Encouraging the integration of evidence-based practice into everyday clinical care.Acting as a professional role model and mentor for perioperative nursing staff.The successful applicants will demonstrate:Extensive clinical experience within either Scrub/Scout or Anaesthetics/Recovery nursing.A passion for education, mentoring,
