Albury Wodonga Health are seeking an enthusiatic Clinical Nurse Educator to join the Transition to Practice Education team. The role of the Transition to Practice Clinical Educator is to provide professional practice and workplace clinical support to early career students and graduates.

Key responsibilities include:

- Facilitating learning in the clinical setting to undergraduate and graduate nurses.
- Planning and delivering education sessions for new and graduate nurses.
- Facilitating orientation programs
- Promoting a supportive learning environment.
- Assessment of learner performance

Eligibility requirements:

- Tertiary education qualifications or demonstrated commitment to work towards same (Certificate IV in Training and Assessment mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Registered Nurse, with strong clinical skills.
- Recent experience in the clinical supervision of student/ graduate nurses.
- Effective leadership skills including strong communication, problem solving and prioritisation skills.
