About the role The Learning & Development Coordinator helps bring learning to life across Emeritus Research. From welcoming new starters and guiding them through onboarding, to supporting system training, compliance education, and skill development, this role ensures our teams have everything they need to succeed. By creating engaging learning experiences and maintaining high training standards, the L&D; Coordinator helps build confident, capable teams that deliver exceptional clinical trial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver core training sessions (SOP refreshers, system training, onboarding)

- Maintain the e‑Catalogue of resources, modules, and training materials

- Run structured induction training for all new staff and students

- Support training linked to CAPA actions and audit findings

- Maintain e‑training compliance across various platforms

- Assist in updating training content to meet ICH‑GCP R3, TGA, and internal requirements

- Assist department leads with training needs during system or process changes

- Support development of role‑specific training plans and Skills Handbooks

- Track training metrics (completion rates, assessment results)





- Manage student placements and internship program logistics

About you

- Minimum 4-5 years' experience in Clinical Trials

- Experience with training or education (formal or informal)

- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

- Excellent oral and written communication abilities

- Robust public speaking skills

- High-level organisation and planning skills

- Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or appropriate work visa
