We're looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to join our growing coffee business. Based in Pakenham,
this full-time position combines coffee roasting, customer deliveries, warehouse operations, and general maintenance. If you enjoy practical work, take pride in producing a quality product, and are mechanically minded, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Roast coffee beans to established quality standards.
- Package and prepare coffee orders for delivery.
- Carry out basic maintenance on coffee roasting and production equipment.
- Perform general building and facility maintenance, including minor repairs, preventative maintenance, and keeping the workplace in good working order.
- Assist with stock control and general warehouse duties.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workplace.
About You
- Previous roasting experience is a bonus but not essential.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Hold a current driver's licence with a good driving record.
- Hold a current forklift licence – or willing to obtain
- Comfortable using a range of hand and power tools for minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physically fit and able to lift (up to 25 kg).
- Able to work independently while contributing positively to a small team.
