Cold Storage Manager, you will play a pivotal role in:

- Oversee the operation of all refrigeration and cooling systems to ensure products remain at compliant temperatures throughout storage.
- Direct the correct arrangement, packing, and handling of chilled and frozen goods to maintain product integrity.
- Enforce WHS & GMP standards across the cold store and drive continuous improvements in safety and compliance.
- Manage, mentor and train subordinate staff to ensure smooth, efficient daily workflows.




- Maintain accurate documentation of cold store inventory, including temperature records and cold chain compliance data.
- Coordinate the organisation and readiness of stock to ensure timely and accurate dispatch.
- Other related tasks as assigned.
