We are working with a leading independent corporate advisory firm specialising in mergers & acquisitions and strategic advice for ASX‐listed companies, private equity funds and founder‐led businesses. The team is known for explicit thinking, disciplined analysis, and providing senior‐level attention on every engagement.

They operate with a lean model, meaning Analysts are trusted contributors from day one. You can expect meaningful responsibility, direct exposure to senior decision‐makers and the opportunity to work on complex, high‐conviction transactions.

Responsibilities
n
n
- Financial modelling, valuation and scenario analysis
n
- Preparation of client materials, board papers and investor presentations
n
- Sector and company research to support insights and recommendations
n
- Assisting with due diligence, process management and deal documentation
n
- Working closely with senior team members across live transactions and strategic reviews
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
- 1–3 years' experience in investment banking, corporate finance, Big 4 deals or strategy consulting
n
- Strong analytical capability and attention to detail
n
- Clear, concise communication skills
n
- A mature, thoughtful approach and strong commercial judgement
n
- A team‐oriented mindset and willingness to take ownership
n
n
