Talent Focus is recruiting on behalf of an innovative Alternative Education setting in Logan, Queensland, seeking dedicated teachers who are committed to supporting young people to re-engage with learning and achieve positive outcomes in a relationship-focused environment.

We're currently seeking teachers with experience in one or more of the following subject areas:

- English

- Mathematics

- Science

- Humanities & Social Sciences (HASS)

- Technology (Design & Technology, Digital Technologies and Industrial Technology)

About You
n
You'll be a relationship-focused educator who believes every student can succeed with the right support, consistency and encouragement.
n
We're looking for teachers who:
n
n
- Hold (or are eligible for) Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) registration
n
- Have experience teaching within the Australian Curriculum
n
- Build strong, positive relationships that engage and motivate young people
n
- Deliver flexible, creative and engaging learning experiences tailored to individual student needs
n
- Have an understanding of inclusive education practices, including supporting diverse learning needs (or a willingness to develop these skills)
n
- Understand, or are willing to learn about, the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) and Educational Adjustment Program (EAP) processes
n
- Have experience supporting students with diverse learning, behavioural or wellbeing needs, or a genuine passion for working in this area
n
- Understand the importance of social and emotional learning within a secondary school setting
n
- Are resilient, adaptable and thrive in a collaborative team environment
